Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.

WEEK 3
So what’s the big deal about sugar? Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and learn how to get off of the sugar rollercoaster.

WEEK 4
Think fat makes you fat? We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.

WEEK 5
YOU DID IT! You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.

 

Guess what? I've been there too.....

Over the years I tried every "fad"diet.  I would lose some weight and gain a whole lot more back.  I was exhausted, bloated and overwhelmed and trying to get through the day on sugar.  It wasn't until I found a real food approach to what I was eating,  that I discovered that food really is medicine.  I lost 30kg, felt fantastic and cleared up a lot of health issues.

I can help you too......

In my 5 week RESTART program we really discover the power of real food!  We eliminate any potential foods that may cause inflammation and at the end we re-introduce those foods back in one at a time and see how the body reacts all under the guidance of myself, a Functional Nutritionist. Did you know if the body is inflamed, that is when we experience things like digestive upset like bloating, hold on to weight and unable to shift it, crave sugar, feel tired or fatigued, brain fog, fluctuating moods etc. You shouldn't and don't have to experience any of those symptoms!

The program is:

*Educational - once you know this about nutrition and how food makes you feel you can't undo it.
* A 21 Day sugar detox - it takes 21 days to break a habit.
* Empowering and motivating with an awesome bunch of people

* We do this all from the comfort of your home - via online video conferencing.
